Every year, wine tastings attract more and more guests. Most guests arrive in organised group tours, however, tastings are also organised for our hotel guests and individual guests. Wine tastings, in addition to our wines, can include Pag cheeses and other traditional specialities, which are of course accompanied by the story of our wine cellar and winery. The konoba can seat up to 70 people.
Have you ever thought about all the things you should do during a wine tasting? Do you know what flavours you like? Why the colour and clarity of wine are important? How to open the aromas of the wine? Different parts of the tongue experience different flavours. The most exciting part of tasting different wines is discovering the flavours that best suit you. We will lead you through all the secrets of wine tastings, those reserved only for enologists and connoisseurs. While listening to the story of the wine cellar, enjoy the wines, Pag cheeses, anchovies and other local delicacies.
We open our doors again on 15 March, but if you would like to pay us a visit before then, feel free to contact us. A number of different kinds of events, from receptions and birthday parties to weddings and organised dinners, can be organised in our restaurant, wine cellar and konoba. With prior appointment, wine tastings are possible year round.
