We have put a lot of work and joy in our preparations for this new season, and we are looking forward to seeing you again.

It is March, the month that Hotel Boškinac reopens its doors to begin a new season. We are busy cleaning, preparing, repairing and painting.

March is also the month that nature begins to awaken and spring finally arrives. Violets, cyclamens, a range of native plants, asparagus… We are creating a new menu with the wealth of flavours and fragrances from the island of Pag, that we will soon bring to your plates.

The new menu of the Boškinac restaurant will be filled with delicacies from the island of Pag, to allow you to enjoy the very best of the island while sitting on our terrace in our Mediterranean garden, or listening to the story of the century-long tradition of the Boškinac house in our tavern.

Though our hotel has slept its ‘ winter sleep’, we have been working hard and keeping active. In particular, we have attended several fairs, including the Vinart Grand Tasting Fair , where we presented our winery, and the 1st Sparkling Wine Salon.

We have started to write (and will continue writing) the Boškinac blog to share with you all the information you need to prepare and arrive on the island of Pag and the Boškinac hotel/restaurant/winery.

On Friday March 24th, 2017, the 3rd G.E.T. Report conference was held at the stunning Principovac castle located in breathtaking Ilok. link
The topic was on developing different strategies with regards to promoting eno gastro tourism in Croatia. The conference was very interesting and educational, thanks in part to expert speakers in the fields of tourism and enology.
 
 The G.E.T REPORT conference also took the opportunity to hand out awards with respect to wineries. Boškinac received the G.E.T REPORT’s highest award, the coveted “EXCELLENCE STAR” representing excellence in wineries.
 
We thank the G.E.T report for their effort and well organized event. We would also like to commend and thank the G.E.T report on their ongoing effort in further developing and promoting eno gastronomy in Croatia and of course for including our winery as one of the top wineries in Croatia.
