THE TAVERN
The Tavern is located below the ground level, underneath the hotel. The front part of the cellar which is decorated in a rural fashion, offers traditional culinary specialties accompanied by our wines.
The Tavern is suitable for wine tasting, organized dinners spiced with the sounds of Dalmatian “klapa”, where you can enjoy the domestic specialties, such as the famous Pag cheese, Dalmatian smoked ham, curd, anchovy, home-made bean soups, Novalja maccaroni, roasted Pag lamb, fish, Adriatic squid and other dishes from our rich traditional culinary legacy.
